Luchador
Exactly the same shape as the filleting knife but a little thicker at the spine to make it non-flexible. you can use it in the kitchen as well as in the room, to carve deboned meats, poultry or any kind of veggies. By pinch-grabbing the blade, you can even do some rock-motion chopping.
This handle is once again made from a genuine Lucha Libre wrestler’s mask.
The knife is wrapped in a nice linen kitchen towel, made in France by Moutty.
It can be made with any of the material from the filleting range. If you can’t see it on the website yet, just order a filleting knife and let us know that you would like to have the non-flexible one.
